BOOK THE APPOINTMENT
Book your appointment using our booking application. Answer a few questions, request your quote, and reserve a time slot that works best for you.
Need a notarization done within 6 hours notice? Give us a call to check our availability and see what options we can provide for you.

UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENT(S)
Expect an invoice for the quoted amount and a link to submit your document(s).
Upload your document(s) to our secured portal at least 3 hours prior to your appointment for review.
When your payment and document submission is received and reviewed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided.
All submitted documents will be deleted after your notary appointment, or within 24 hours which ever comes first.

MEET WITH YOUR NOTARY
If you have booked a Mobile Service, you will be notified via text that your notary has arrived at your selected location.

If you have booked a Remote Online Service, about five minutes prior to appointment time, you will receive a text message from your notary once they have opened the session.

You will be prompted to click on a secure link to upload a photo of your identification. You will meet with the notary and your document will be available for instant download.
